Return/Exchange Policy:

All sales are final. We don't accept returns for damaged goods. Please double check and be certain of the items your going to order.In the event that the merchandise you have received has a damage, please notify us within 3 days (from the time you have received the package) and we would gladly replace the item (subject to availability). If the item is no longer available, please choose another item (with price of the same amount or higher) as an exchange to the returned merchandise. All shipping costs shall be incurred by the buyer for every exchanged order.This is a one time only exchange policy.

Privacy Policy:
Requisite Cosmetics recognizes the importance of protecting information collected from its customers. Rest assured, All data will be kept confidential.

PAYMENTS / Delivery:

Cash transactions can be made personally in makati or manila area.

For delivery orders a 50% downpayent will be made prior ordering and a full payment will be made before delivering the item. Delivery fee will be shouldered by the buyer please allow 1-2 days for the courier to deliver your item.

Requisite Cosmetics reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for products or services sold, effective immediately upon
posting on the site or by e-mail delivery to you.

Packaging:

We can also send the item gift wrapped for additional fee and your choice of different designs for an additional fee. Please indicate upon ordering the requested design.
